We currently offer Veterinary Care, Grooming & Wellness, Training, Pet Walking, Daycare, Aquarium Care and Pet Shop.

You can add a pet profile by clicking on the The Tails logo at the bottom navigation bar and add new pet option or from your User Profile section.

To book a service, simply browse caregivers, pick one that suits your needs, select the location and time slot, choose the service, and confirm with secure payment.

Yes, every Caregiver/Service Provider is verified by our team before appearing on the app.

You can use the in-app chat after booking or viewing their profile and contact them.

Yes! You can add multiple pets and manage their services in one app.

Yes, under “Appointments” you can view the status of your service.

Yes, you can chat or call the caregiver directly through the app.

You can explore the app without logging in, but to avail all the features like view service provider profiles, make bookings, add pets and reminders you must create an account.

Yes! You can add as many pets as you want — each with their own reminders and details.

You can pay through:

  • UPI
  • Cards
  • Net banking
  • Cash (if the caregiver allows it)

 

No. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Yes, cancellations made within the allowed time are eligible for a refund as per our Cancellation Policy.

Yes, but refunds depend on the Caregiver’s policy.

You may get a refund if:

  • Caregiver cancels
  • Service not delivered
  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment deducted but booking failed

Refunds take 3–7 working days.

 

You can set reminders for:

  • Vaccinations
  • Grooming
  • Medicines
  • Vet visits
  • Custom reminders

 

No  you need to keep app notifications enabled to receive reminder alerts.

Yes. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy and handled securely.

What is the Tails Caregiver App?

It’s a business management app for groomers, vets, trainers, walkers, daycares, and pet service providers. It helps you manage your profile, bookings, earnings, and subscriptions.

Yes. Our team reviews and verifies all Caregiver accounts before listing them.

Depending on your service category, you may need:

  • ID proof
  • Business Registration Document
  • Certifications (optional)
  • Portfolio photos

 

Paid plans include:

  • Booking management tools
  • Real-time leads
  • In-app chat
  • Analytics
  • Early access to new features (Elite Plan)

 

Yes  the Starter Plan is free for 6 months.

Earnings from online payments are added to your Wallet and can be withdrawn to your bank account.

Payouts depend on Razorpay and banks. Usually takes 1–3 working days.

If your bank details are incorrect, update them and retry.
If the issue is on the gateway, our team will help resolve it.

You can list the services you provide, such as Veterinary Care, Grooming & Wellness, Training, Pet Walking, Daycare, Aquarium Care and Pet shop.

Yes, you can update your service listings anytime from your Accounts section.

All booking requests appear in “Appointments”. You can view, reschedule, or cancel them as per your need.

You can update your availability anytime through the manage schedule option in the Appointments Section. You can set the schedule according to you.

Caregivers are encouraged to update it timely to help pet parents book accordingly.

Your cancellation rules apply. You may choose to refund or not.

No, You cannot remove a review. However, you can report unfair or abusive reviews. Valid reports will be reviewed and actioned.

Yes, you can start with free basic access and upgrade to premium for more features.

Yes. Caregivers are fully responsible for safety, handling, and professionalism.

We help mediate basic issues, but service disputes must be resolved directly between you and the Pet Parent.

After each service, pet parents can leave ratings and reviews that appear on your profile.

Yes, you decide your service charges and you can also update them anytime.

Clients can cancel within the app, and you’ll be notified instantly. Your cancellation terms apply.

Yes, once approved, your profile appears in search results for pet parents to view and book.
