1. Introduction

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) applies to all paid subscription plans offered on The Tails Caregiver App (“Partner App”), owned and operated by Mojoes Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The Tails (Main user app for Pet parents) App does not offer paid subscriptions. Subscriptions apply only to Caregivers / Service Providers (Partners) who register their business on the Platform.

By purchasing a subscription, the Partner agrees to this Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription Plans

The following plans are available on the Caregiver App:

2.1 Starter Plan – Free
  • Basic business listing
  • Visible to pet parents in the The Tails (Main User App)
  • Ability to receive inquiries and bookings
  • Valid for 6 months as a trial
  • No access to premium tools
2.2 Growth Plan – Monthly Subscription
₹999/month (India)

$25/month (USA)

Includes access to:

  • Booking management tools
  • Real-time leads
  • In-app chat with users
  • Basic analytics
  • Service management
  • All standard partner features
2.3 Elite Plan – Yearly Subscription
₹9,999/year (India)

$255/year (USA)

Includes everything in the Growth Plan plus:

  • Cost savings (15%+ vs monthly)
  • Early access to new tools
  • Priority support
  • Access to future premium features

3. Payment Methods

Caregivers/Service Providers may pay using:

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Cash Payment ( made to Caregivers/Service Providers in-person )

All payments are processed securely by third-party gateways.

4. Subscription Activation

A subscription is considered active when:

  • Payment is successfully processed
  • The selected plan appears under “My Subscriptions”

Caregivers/Service Providers receive instant access after successful billing.

5. Auto-Renewal

  • Growth Plan renews monthly
  • Elite Plan renews annually

Auto-renewal is enabled by default unless manually disabled by the Caregiver.

Caregivers/Service Providers will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Caregiver-Initiated Cancellation

Caregivers/Service Providers may cancel the subscription at any time through the app.

Cancellation effects:

  • The current subscription continues until expiry
  • No refunds for unused days / remaining duration
  • Auto-renewal is stopped
  • The next billing cycle will not be charged
6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled by the Company if:

  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • Violations of Terms & Conditions occur
  • Payment issues arise
  • False information is provided
  • Partner is deactivated or banned
  • Poor review
  • Multiple account reports might lead to suspension of account on platform

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

7. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable except in the following cases:

✔ Duplicate billing

✔ Incorrect amount charged

✔ Technical failure during payment (and amount debited to company)

✔ Payment succeeded but plan not activated

All refund requests undergo validation. Refund timelines depend on the bank/payment gateway and may take 3–7 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

8. Upgrades & Downgrades

8.1 Upgrade to a higher plan
  • Caregivers/Service Providers may upgrade anytime
  • Charges are calculated prorated or full (depending on gateway rules)
8.2 Downgrade to a lower plan
  • Downgrades take effect after current plan expires
  • No partial refunds

9. Taxes & Currency

All prices may be subject to:

  • GST (India)
  • Applicable local/state taxes (USA)

Currency displayed depends on the partner's region.

10. Trial Period

The Starter Plan serves as a free trial for 6 months. After the trial, Caregivers/Service Providers must upgrade to continue using premium features.

11. Changes to Pricing or Features

Mojoes Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify:

  • Pricing
  • Plan features
  • Duration
  • Availability

Caregivers/Service Providers will be notified via email or in-app alerts before major changes take effect.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojoes Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, clients, or reputation
  • Errors, delays, or failures in subscription activation, renewal, or access
  • Payment gateway failures, settlement delays, duplicate charges, or technical issues
  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

The Tails Caregiver App is a technology platform and does not control Caregiver business operations or Pet Parent behavior.

The Company is not responsible for disputes between Pet Parents (Users) and Caregivers/Service Providers (Partners), or for any losses resulting from Partner decisions, pricing, or service delivery.

The Company’s responsibility shall be limited only to direct damages proven to be caused solely due to the Company’s own actions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this limitation of liability.
