The Company does not own, manage, control, supervise, monitor, or guarantee any pet services, including veterinary care, grooming, training, boarding, walking, or wellness services.
All services are provided directly by Caregivers, who are fully responsible for their conduct, actions, skills, safety standards, pet handling, communication, service quality, pricing, and compliance with laws.

All online payments made through our website or apps are processed by Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway provider.

The Tails User App helps pet parents:

All online payments are processed by third-party gateways. We do not store full financial information.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

User “change of mind” cancellations are not refundable.
Users may post honest ratings and reviews.

Pet Parents are solely responsible for the health, behavior, and safety of their pets. The Company does not assess or guarantee the professional skills, experience, safety practices, or certifications of any Caregiver listed on the Platform.
Any pet injuries, reactions, allergies, infections, accidents, behavioral issues, medical complications, or pet loss occurring before, during, or after service are strictly the responsibility of the Pet Parent and the Caregiver providing the service.
The Company shall not be held liable for:

The Tails Caregiver App allows service providers to:
Caregivers must submit accurate business information for verification.
Verification does not imply Company endorsement.
Caregivers / Service Providers may opt for:

Subscriptions are non-refundable except billing errors.
Online earnings are transferred to a Caregiver/ service provider Wallet. Payouts may take 1–5 business days depending on bank processing.

Because The Tails is solely a technology platform and does not control, manage, direct, or supervise Caregiver services, the Company shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions, services, or disputes between Users and Caregivers / Service Providers .
To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s responsibility shall be limited strictly to direct damages proven to be caused solely and directly by the Company’s own actions, and in no case shall the Company be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
By using the Platform, Caregiver /Service Provider (Partner) or Pet Parent (User) expressly accept and agree to this limitation of liability.
Caregiver /Service Provider (Partner) or Pet Parent (User) agree to indemnify the Company against claims resulting from:
